- Cream peanut butter, sugars, butter and vanilla. Beat in egg till blended.
- Blend in oats, flours and baking soda till thoroughly combined.
- Stir in apple, carrots, raisins and nuts till blended. Roll into 1 inch balls; place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.
- Bake 400 degrees 8 to 12 min or possibly lightly brown.
