Ingredientes

  • 1 c. shredded pork
  • 1 c. shredded chicken
  • 1 c. uncooked shrimp
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 c. shredded onion
  • 1 T Garlic pwdr
  • 1 bag of egg roll wrapper
  • 2 T of salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 T of sesame oil
  • 2 T of fish sauce

Direcciones

  1. Deep fry: Bake at 375 degrees in 2 inches of oil. Makes about 25 to 30 egg rolls.Note: Direction for wrapping can be found in the back of the eggroll wrapper bag.
  2. Any kind of vegetable can be used for filling, such as mushrooms, celery, beansprouts, cauliflower, etc.
