Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. quick oats
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. M&M'S® candies, plain

Direcciones

  1. Cream together butter, sugars and peanut butter. blend in large eggs. Add in flour and mix well. Stir in oats, raisins and 1/4 cup M&M'S®. Divide dough in half.Line 2 pizza pans with foil. Pans should be 12-13 inches round. Spread dough to within 1 inch of pan's edge. Sprinkle each giant cookie with 1/4 cup M&M'S®. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-22 min. Should be lightly golden. Cool 10 min in pan. Gently remove each cookie with foil liner onto wire rack. Cool thoroughly.
