Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 stick of butter

  1. Cook stirring constantly, till thick (like a glob of mashed potatoes). Let mix cool to room temperature before adding to sugar mix.Cream together:
  2. Beat sugar and butter mix on high speed till fluffy. Add in cooked mix and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat on high speed till real fluffy. Swirl on cake and chill for 3-4 hrs before serving.Any cake with this frosting MUST be kept in the refrigerator.
