Ingredientes

  • 1 red apple, minced
  • 6 c. shredded cabbage
  • 20 ounce. can pineapple chunks in own juice, liquid removed
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 c. red grapes
  • 1/3 c. minced walnuts, toasted
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. To toast walnuts, spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-10 min or possibly till light golden.
  2. Sprinkle minced apple with lemon juice. In large bowl, combine apple, cabbage, pineapple and grapes; toss lightly. In small bowl, combine lowfat sour cream, sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice and salt; mix well. Pour lowfat sour cream mix over cabbage mix; toss till well coated. Cover; chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
