Receta Waldorf Salad
This is a perfect crispy and crunchy salad. It's a great combination of grapes, walnuts, yogurt, lemon, mayonnaise. Pretty healthy and delicious.

- Place the mixed salad in a large salad bowl.
- Core and chop the apples, slice the grapes in half, and chop the celery
- Add the apples, celery and grapes to the lettuce, and top with walnuts.
- Toss gently to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Greek yogurt with lemon juice, and add salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad, and toss to coat.
