Ingredientes

  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
  • 2 lg. Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely minced unpeeled red apple
  • 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts
  • 1/4 c. finely minced celery

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In the large bowl of an electric mixer at medium speed, beat together the sugar, mayonnaise, Large eggs, and vanilla till smooth. Add in flour mix and at low speed, beat till smooth. Stir in the apple, walnuts, and celery. Drop by level tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven till lightly browned, 10 to 12 min. With a wide spatula, remove to a wire rack to cold completely. Store in a tightly covered container.
