Warm Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can artichokes-sliced, drained
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese-shredded
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
Serve with baguette slices, pita chips or cocktail rye toast. Or just eat it out of the dish with a spoon!
