Receta Warm Balsamic Potato Salad; broken coffee mugs and a wee rant

Warm Balsamic Potato Salad Total time: 25 minutes Ingredients: 2 medium potatoes, cut into quarters the long way, then sliced 1/3 cup celery,  chopped, app. 1 rib 1/3 cup red onion, chopped, app 1 small or 1/2 large 2oz (60gr) bacon, chopped 1 tbs fresh chives, chopped 1 tbs fresh basil, chopped 1 tbs olive oil 2 tbs Balsamic vinegar Instructions: Heat a medium saucepan half full of water over medium high heat. When water is boiling, add potatoes, partially cover and cook just until tender when pierced with a sharp knife, 10 – 12 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet Add bacon and fry until crisp. Part way through frying bacon add onions and celery. When onions are tender and bacon is crisp remove from heat and add Balsamic vinegar. Add potatoes and stir well to combine. Put potato salad into a bowl, add fresh herbs, stir and serve.
