Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. (13.5 ounce.) blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 can (1 pound 5 ounce.) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whipped cream or possibly ice cream, optional

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Drain blueberries from muffin mix, reserving liquid. Stir together the reserved liquid, pie filling, lemon juice and cinnamon; heat to boiling. Pour into ungreased square pan (9 x 9 x 2 inches).
  2. Prepare mix as directed on package except spread butter proportionately over the warm pie filling. Bake 25-30 min. May be served with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
