How to Prepare Water Kefir Workshop
Learn how to prepare this refreshing, effervescent soda that contains over 40 strains of probiotics. Fermenting this sweetish liquid into a healthy, hydrating beverage is tons of fun...and good for your whole family.
We'll taste and create a variety of flavors, such as, guava, raspberry, lemon-lime, ginger-ale, cream, blueberry, violet, chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, and more. You'll get to start your very own batch of water kefir to bring home and continue to culture for your friends and family.
Remember: Water Kefir grains are living organisms and they need to be fed and cared for. In return, they will gift you with an amazing elixir!
***PLEASE BRING TO CLASS a FIDO, MASON or BALL JAR AND LID, large enough to hold 4-6 cups of water. (not too much bigger).
Due to advanced prep, we need a minimum of 5 people registered to attend this class, otherwise it will have to be re-scheduled.
