I am currently obsessed with watermelon. I eat it every single day. I can’t get enough. I am fine eating it plain, but sometimes I like to mix things up. I recently made Watermelon Feta Guacamole. Loved it! I am also loving this Watermelon, Blackberry, and Mint Salad. It is super easy to make and I love how pretty it is!
To make the salad, combine watermelon cubes, blackberries, chopped mint, and fresh lime juice in a big bowl. That is it! I told you this salad was simple!
I like to use blackberries because they are my favorite berry, but blueberries or raspberries…or a mixture of berries would also be good! Go berry crazy if you want!
Celebrate the 4th of July with this gorgeous Watermelon, Blackberry, and Mint Salad. I bet it won’t last long. I am going to make a big bowl for just myself. Ok, maybe I will share. It is a holiday so I should be nice:) And if you don’t have time to make this fruit salad today, no worries, you have plenty of hot summer days to go!
