Receta Watermelon Lassi
Tasty, delicious and healthy drink for the summer.
Ingredients:
- Curd – 2 cups, whisked without adding water
- Plain Watermelon Juice – 1 cup
- Rose Essence – little
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Ice cubes as required
- Mint Sprigs to garnish (optional)
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
2. Shake well until frothy.
3. Pour into a chilled glass tumbler.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
5. Serve chill.
