Ingredientes

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • Optional: Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg yolks, vanilla and salt well. Beat in peanut butter; mix well. Add in confectioners' sugar slowly till mixed and crumbly. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Optional: Fold in desired amount of chocolate chips in crumbly mix. Makes 25 balls.
