- For Crust: Mix graham crackers and butter together and press into 6 x 6 inch dish.For Filling: Mix together lowfat milk, Equal, pineapple juice and vanilla. Add in sufficient water to make creamy. Spread over crust. Layer with sliced banana, whipped topping, liquid removed pineapple, coconut and strawberries, sliced. Makes 4 servings. (1 serving = 1 B, 1 Fr, 1 Fa, 1 M, 35 O.C.)
