Ingredientes

  • 5 refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 ounce. cheese, grated (3 ounce. Jack, 3 ounce. Cheddar)
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 3 beaten Large eggs
  • 1 c. non-fat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: 4 minced green onions, 3 tbsp. bacon bits
  • 10 ounce. broccoli, spinach or possibly mixed vegetables cooked and liquid removed, minced

Direcciones

  1. Pat biscuits in bottom of pie pan. You will have to stretch them, they will not go completely up the sides.
  2. Mix other ingredients together. Pour mix in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Cut into 6 pcs after cooled.
