Ingredientes

  • 4 med. well beaten Large eggs
  • 2 med. bananas
  • 2/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
  • Artificial sweetener to Equal 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 slices white bread, crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Add in crumbs and mix till smooth. Pour into a 9 inch bundt or possibly tube pan. Bake for 45 min. Makes 4 servings.
