Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 c. self rising flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 10 to 12 pkg. Equal
  • 3 c. fruit (berries, peaches, etc.)

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in 2 qt baking dish or possibly pan. Mix flour, sweeteners, spices all together. Add in lowfat milk and mix well. Pour into baking dish and put fruit on top of batter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute or possibly till brown.
