- Preheat oven 375. In an 8 inch skillet, heat butter till bubbly and warm; add in apples and vegetables and saute/fry, stirring constantly till apples are soft. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spray 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray and transfer turkey mix to pan; smooth top and bake till set, 35 to 40 min. (Center should be hard.) Remove from oven and let stand for 5 min.
