Weight Watchers Turkey Stuffing Loaf

Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp. + 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 sm. Granny Smith apples, core, pare and dice them
  • 1/2 c. each shredded carrot, diced onion, celery and green pepper
  • 13 ounce. grnd turkey
  • 4 slices white bread, in cubes
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 beaten Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 375. In an 8 inch skillet, heat butter till bubbly and warm; add in apples and vegetables and saute/fry, stirring constantly till apples are soft. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Spray 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray and transfer turkey mix to pan; smooth top and bake till set, 35 to 40 min. (Center should be hard.) Remove from oven and let stand for 5 min.
