Westie's Marshmallow Omelet

Ingredientes

2 Large eggs
2 big marshmallows, cut up small, or possibly 8 mini marshmallows

1/4 c. grated yellow cheese
1 tbsp. lowfat milk

Direcciones

Preheat a greased frying pan to medium-high heat. Crack 2 Large eggs; fold in bowl. Add in lowfat milk and put in frying pan. Cook till they are barely hard. Spread cheese and marshmallow over half, then fold other half on top. Heat for 1 minute. Serve on a plate with toast and Monks honey.
