.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyway,%20I%20really%20want%20to%20get%20back%20into%20routine%20so%20this%20week%20I'm%20posting%20what%20I%20ate%20this%20Wednesday!%20I%20happened%20to%20be%20travelling%20to%20campus%20that%20day,%20but%20I%20still%20made%20room%20for%20good%20meals.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBreakfast%20was%20leftover%20roasted%20potatoes%20(regular%20and%20white%20sweet%20potatoes)%20scrambled%20with%20eggs%20and%20some%20grapefruit%20on%20the%20side.%20I%20also%20had%20a%20cup%20of%20black%20coffee%20in%20my%20muy%20fuerte%20dragon%20mug%20I%20got%20in%20Chinatown%20in%20San%20Francisco%20last%20fall%20on%20my%20whirlwind%20road%20trip.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20red,%201%20yellow,%201%20purple%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMid-morning,%20I%20had%20a%20scoop%20of%20chocolate%20Shakeology%20in%208%20oz%20of%20unsweetened%20vanilla%20almond%20milk%20and%202%20oz%20of%20water.%20This%20is%20my%20favorite%20way%20to%20have%20my%20shake%20when%20I%20can't%20get%20to%20a%20blender.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20red,%201%20yellow%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELunch%20was%20at%20the%20student%20union.%20I%20got%20a%20big%20salad%20with%20all%20kinds%20of%20veggies,%20chicken,%20and%20balsamic%20vinaigrette.%20I%20dined%20al%20fresco%20with%20one%20of%20my%20sweet%20friends!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20green,%201%20red,%201%20orange%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMid-afternoon%20I%20had%20an%20apple%20on%20my%20drive%20back.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20purple%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20leftover%20roasted%20sweet%20potatoes%20(a%20mix%20of%20regular%20and%20white%20sweet%20potatoes),%20steamed%20sugar%20snap%20peas%20with%20some%20cultured%20butter%20from%20Trader%20Joe's%20and%20pork%20chops.%20Somehow%20I%20managed%20to%20season%20the%20pork%20chops%20so%20they%20tasted%20like%20pizza,%20which%20was%20awesome.%20Even%20more%20awesome%20was%20that%20I%20managed%20to%20season%20the%20sweet%20potatoes%20so%20they%20tasted%20like%20Thanksgiving!%20I%20ended%20up%20having%20another%20serving%20of%20sugar%20snaps%20(not%20pictured),%20so%20I%20got%20all%20my%20veggies%20in!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20blue,%201%20purple%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt's%20really%20nice%20to%20be%20back%20in%20the%20vineyard,%20too.%20I%20forgot%20how%20awesome%20of%20a%20workout%20it%20was%20to%20bend%20and%20stoop%20to%20do%20outdoor%20work.%20My%20legs%20are%20still%20sore%20two%20days%20after!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
