Receta Wheat Germ And Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. of oil
- 1 c. of honey
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. soy flour, sifted
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/4 c. raisins or possibly dates, minced
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
- 1 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon salt or possibly less
- 2 c. oatmeal
Direcciones
- Combine oil, honey and molasses. Add in Large eggs, beating, add in vanilla. Combine soy flour and lowfat milk pwdr. Add in raisins or possibly dates, walnuts, salt, wheat germ and oatmeal. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, blend well. Drop by tsp. onto lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for ten min. Watch closely.
