- For the dressing:
- 2 Tablespoons citrus vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper paste
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons ginger, finely minced
