Ingredientes

  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp pure almond extract
  • (8 oz) white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup slivered almond

  3. Mix flour, baking soda and salt intogether in a medium size bowl. Set aside. Beat butter and sugar together in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and almond extract; mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate and almonds.
  4. Drop by heaping tablespoons, about 1" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for12 to 13 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
