White Chocolate Chip Cookies Withmacadamia Nuts

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6-1/2 ounce white chocolate, minced
  • 3/4 c. macadamia nuts, halved

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.Blend butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla till fluffy, stopping once to scrape down sides of bowl, about 1 minute. Add in flour, baking soda and salt and mix till just combined. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  2. Don't overmix. Arrange on a lightly greased or possibly parchment-lined cookie sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake at 375°F till lightly brown around edges, about 15 min. Cool on cookie sheet for 3 min, then remove to racks and cool completely. Store in air days at room temperature or possibly freeze 3 weeks.
