- Soften cream cheese.
- Blend cream cheese with sugar set aside .
- In double boiler dissolve gelatin in water set aside to cool briefly.
- Once cool add vanilla and lemon juice and milk mixture then add to cream cheese.
- Add cool whip and blend.
- Pour into jello mold or greased container sprayed with pam.
- Serve alone or with fruit garnish
