White Oil Clam Sauce With Pasta

Ingredientes

  • 25 littlenecks (or possibly 18 quahogs)
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Red pepper to taste
  • 4 lg. garlic cloves, minced fine
  • 1 pound spaghetti

Direcciones

  1. Open littlenecks, reserve juice and chop littlenecks. Saute/fry mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil and butter. Add in garlic and saute/fry lightly. Be careful not to burn. Add in littlenecks and spices. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 min. Pour over spaghetti.
  2. Optional: Small shrimp and bay scallops.
