Ingredientes

  • 1 Boboli Italian bread shell
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Garlic pwdr
  • 6 ounce. Scarmoza cheese, shredded
  • 6 to 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 (10 ounce.) frzn spinach, thawed and liquid removed
  • 6 ounce. fresh mushroom slices and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
  • Or possibly 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. (Heat pizza pan for 5 - 10 min if you like.) Brush Boboli crust with oil so the entire crust is covered. Sprinkle spices over crust to taste. Take thawed and liquid removed spinach and spread it over the crust (it will be clumpy). Add in mushrooms; top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place pizza on pan. Bake for 15 to 20 min till cheese browns and is bubbly.
