Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c. macaroni

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni in 2 c. boiling salted water till tender, about 5 min, covered. Remove from burner and let stand for 10 min. Drain water; add in cheese sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
  2. WHITE SAUCE: Heat butter, add in flour gradually. Add in lowfat milk and stir constantly with wire whisk. Add in cheese and stir with melted mix. Season with salt and pepper.
