White Sauces

1 tbsp. butter
1 c. lowfat milk

1 tbsp. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

Heat butter over low flame, stir in flour, gradually stir in lowfat milk. Cook till thickened, stirring occasionally. Add in salt and pepper.
