- Mix 2 min with mixer. Pour into a greased and lightly floured tube or possibly bundt pan.Prepare pan and add in 1/2 cup crushed pecans in the bottom, then pour in batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 min. While cake is still warm, make topping of: 1/4 c. white wine 1/8 c. water 1/2 stick butter
- Boil 3 min or possibly till begins to thicken. Pour over warm cake, especially around sides. Leave in pan for 15 to 20 min before removing.
