Ingredientes

  • 3-4 whitings, steamed, skinned & boned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. cornmeal or possibly flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Paper towel

Direcciones

  1. Prepare fish, flake and add in chopped onion, pepper, beaten Large eggs, cornmeal or possibly flour; mix well. Refrigerate1 hour.
  2. Heat oil. While mix is still cool, shape into balls; flatten. Fry cakes in warm oil till golden. Remove. Drain on paper towel.
