whole grain Lemon Poppyseed muffins

I made these in the mini-muffin pan but filled them to the top so I could get meduim sized muffins.I used raw sugar,and agave for sweetener.

Ingredientes

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup flaxseed
  • 4 tsp baking powder-low sodium, aluminum free
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1/4 cup lemon zest
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 oz chia
  • 3 tsp poppy seed
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. mix dry ingredients in seperate bowl
  2. with standing mixer, mix wet ingredients
  3. add dry to wet and mix well.
  4. cook at 400,for 14 minutes
