Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
  • 3/4 c. uncooked oat cereal
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 c. tomato juice

Direcciones

  1. Mix grnd beef, oats, egg, and onion together. Add in salt, pepper and garlic pwdr. Add in tomato juice and mix well. Pack into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings. Serve with cooked broccoli and brown rice. Add in a salad of shredded carrots.
