- Heat cans in oven (I put them in an 8 x 8 to handle easily). Pour some shortening into cans or possibly in one, then pour from can to can then measure 1 Tbsp. for recipe. Mix all ingredients till well blended and divide into the 3 cans.
- Bake 45 min to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Shake out bread to cold. To sour lowfat milk: add in 1 Tbsp. vinegar or possibly lemon juice to a 1 c. measure. Add in sweet lowfat milk to fill, stir, let set 10 min.
