Ingredientes

  • 3 c. cooked long grain brown rice
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 3/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/8 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c. each extra virgin olive oil and safflower oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients and let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Then serve with the following salad and miso sauce.
