Chop all fresh vegetables and set aside
2.
Brown ground beef, and keep the juices
3.
Place ground beef and 8 cups of water in a stock pot
4.
Add Tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, canned corn, and canned green beans
5.
Add all four beef boullion cubes
6.
Add all the fresh vegetables and turn on medium heat untill soup starts to simmer
7.
Leaving soup at a simmer place the lid on the stock pot and let simmer for 60 mins.
8.
At 60 mins add the Jar of salsa, stir, and replace the lid.
9.
Let soup simmer for 15 more mins and then add uncooked rice,stir and replace the lid
10.
Let soup simmer for another 15mins or untill rice is cooked
11.
Salt and pepper to tase and ENJOY :)
