- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Combine lowfat milk, apple, and egg; add in to flour mix, stirring till smooth. Place a griddle or possibly skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat till warm. Spoon batter, 2 Tbsp. at a time, onto griddle.
- Cook till edges are slightly dry. Turn; cook other side till golden. Repeat procedure with remaining batter. Yield: 20 (3 inch) pancakes (about 45 calories per pancake).
