Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter
  • 3/4 c. evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; cut in butter with a pastry blender till mix resembles coarse meal. Add in lowfat milk, stirring till dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 1 minute. Shape dough into 12 balls; place in an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray. Flatten dough slightly. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 min.
