Receta Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 Packages dry yeast, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. very hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. honey
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 6 c. flour (all whole wheat or possibly 3 c. wheat and 3 c. white flour)
Direcciones
- Mix well. Knead well, working in as much as 1/2 c. additional flour, if needed. Let sit, covered, till doubled. Divide; pat down and place in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 min.
