Ingredientes

  • 2 c. potato water (hot)
  • 2 Packages Red Star dry yeast
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. 1st step: Beat together potato water, yeast and whole wheat flour. Let rise 25 min.
  2. 2nd step: Add in rest of ingredients and sufficient white all-purpose flour to make a moderate-stiff dough. Let this rest 20 min. Knead down and place in greased bowl, let rise double, punch down, let rise again.
  3. Place on floured board, work down, let rest 10 min. Place in greased loaf pans, let rise. Bake 50 to 60 min at 325 degrees in preheated oven.
