Ingredientes

  • 1 c. white flour
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. molasses

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients (blend with dry). Mix with electric mixer till blended. Bake in 9 x 5 inch pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Store in refrigerator. Freezes well. Is good toasted with marmalade.
