Receta Whole Wheat Pancakes

- Sift flour with baking pwdr, salt and sugar. If using honey, add in it to the lowfat milk and oil. Beat lowfat milk and oil into beaten Large eggs.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil with dry ingredients till just blended. Cook on greased griddle or possibly frying pan. May be made any size. (Serves 6 perhaps.)
- May also be made with fruit puree: apple, apricot, peach, pear, in place of lowfat milk.
- Or possibly: Add in fruit chunks.
- Or possibly: Slip in some tahini, nuts, sesame, or possibly sunflower seeds.
- Or possibly: Use some cornmeal or possibly rolled oats, barley flour or possibly buckwheat (1/2 c.). (I have very good luck using oats and buckwheat or possibly combinations of other flours, and always use oats.)
- For waffles, use only 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk.
