Whole Wheat Pancakes

I love these, and have never found anyone who didn't!

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cup Sour Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon warm Honey
  • 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Unbleached Multi Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Combine milk, egg, vanilla, and honey.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Combine and incorporate gently. Let sit while warming griddle.
  4. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto medium-hot non-stick griddle, flip after bubbles start to form. Remove. Enjoy!
  5. Makes about 16 pancakes, 2 per serving.
