Whole Wheat Pocket Bread

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 - 3 c. hot water
  • 2 tbsp. yeast
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 2/3 c. unbleached flour
  • 1 tbsp. safflower oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2/3 c. soy flour

Direcciones

  1. Stir water, yeast and honey. Add in remaining ingredients. Knead 10 min. Shape into loaf. Cut into 12 pcs and knead each piece. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Place on floured surface and cover with towel. Let stand 2 hrs. Turn over and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees 5 min. Cover with towel till cold. Cut in half and fill.
