Ingredientes

  • 1 c. safflower oil
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream oil and sugar; add in Large eggs and beat. Add in flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda into mix and vanilla. Mix well. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll into mix of 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min.
