Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. grated zucchini
  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Mix liquids; add in zucchini; then add in all dry ingredients. Pour into 4 small baby loaf pans or possibly two large loaf pans, greased. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs. Don't overbake. Bake baby loaf pans only about 50 min.
