With four kids it seems like I always have hungry bellies in the house! However sometimes they're not in the mood for a big meal so I like to make them a wholesome snack. Smoothies are the perfect way to fill them up because they're packed with protein, they taste delicious and are nutritious!

These are quite simple to make because they only require three ingredients! Your favorite flavor of Yoplait® yogurt, frozen fruit and some milk. Place it in a blender and mix! In a matter of seconds you have a delicious and nutritious snack...or even a meal. There are times that we really don't want a big lunch so we'll mix up one of these. I know I'm giving them something that tastes scrumptious and it's wholesome for them too which is important to me!

With Yoplait® yogurt you have a variety of types and different flavors. I stop by my local Walmart and pick some up every week. You can choose from Original, Light, Greek or Gogurt®. They're always a great price and plenty for me to choose from. It's amazing how many flavor combinations the kids come up with!
