Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. wild rice (3 ounce)
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 8 ounce pineapple chunks, liquid removed
  • 8 ounce mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. green seedless grapes
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • Salad dressing to taste

Direcciones

  1. Put together 1/2 cup wild rice and 2 1/2 cups water. Cook (basic recipe). Set aside and let cool. Put together wild rice and remaining ingredients with salad dressing to taste. Serve on lettuce cups. Serves 6 to 7. Optional: Add in 2 cups of cooked chicken pcs.
