Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 T melted lard or possibly shortening
  • 5 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Beat large eggs hard, add in yeast water, salt, sugar, lard and 1/3 of the flour. Beat hard 3 min. Add in rest of flour. Let rise. Put in refrigerator. Work into rolls. Let rise. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees.
